Well that failed!

Sorry...  My days in Brugge were so packed full I didn't have time to update the blog.... Sorry.

I visited Rodenbach, De Dolle and Westmallen breweries, had a 3-course meal that came with a different beer with each course and visited t'Brugs Berjite (or Bertie's) which translates as The Brugge Bear a bar with a beer menu of over 300!  In there I got talking to a couple who, by compete coincidence were from about 2 miles down the road from me in Peterborough!

The trips to a very small (De Dolle) and a very large (Rodenbach) brewery were very interesting. And the meal as Westmalle was also very nice.

I also had a day at the Tyncot war memorial and the city of Ypres, where I visited the Menin Gate, as well as a couple of pubs!
